• Not for sponsored posts or ads without a commercial licence.

c) Commercial Use

• Includes advertising, sponsored content, merchandise, posters, and team promotions.

• Requires written approval and purchase of a commercial licence.

• Credit required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Watermarks & Editing

• Do not remove or crop out watermarks without permission.

• Do not alter, recolour, or modify images in a misleading way.

• Use images as delivered unless otherwise agreed.

4. Downloads, Prints & Access

• Digital downloads are for personal or licensed purposes only.

• Prints are for personal enjoyment; copying, scanning, or resale is prohibited.

• Galleries remain online for 60 days from delivery unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund Policy

• All digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

• Damaged prints must be reported within 7 days (with photo evidence) for replacement.

6. Privacy Policy

• Photos taken at public motorsport events may be displayed or sold.

• By accessing our gallery, you acknowledge images featuring you may be publicly visible.

• We collect only essential details (name, email, purchase info) to process orders.
